Botic Point, LLC. (“us“, “we“, or “our“) operates the Botic Point website and the mobile application Reel Champ (collectively the “Service“). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, or by choosing to submit Personal Information to Botic Point, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site or submit any Personal Information to Botic Point. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email and phone number, and other information about you as an identifiable individual (“Personal Information“). We collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it through our Services, or when you provide it to us through other means. For example, we may collect Personal Information when you:

• Provide us with information through our Service;
• Create an account either as a Reel Champ User or as a Merchant Broadcaster;
• Use the Service to make a purchase;
• Contact us through e-mail, telephone, mail, or other correspondence;
• Interact with other Users of the Services;
• Post User Content or make User Submissions; or
• Otherwise provide us with Personal Information.

For Users who register as a Reel Champ User, the Personal Information we may collect may include:

• When you create an account, your first and last name, contact information, such as your address, telephone number, or e-mail address;
• Your country and age range;
• Biographical information, including photos and/or statements you choose to submit;
• Any other Personal Information that you voluntarily choose to submit to us.

For Users who register as a Merchant Broadcaster, the Personal Information we may collect may include:

• When you create an account, your first and last name, your organization name (if applicable), contact information, such as your address, telephone number, or e-mail address;
• Your payment information and any financial or banking information needed to conduct the transactions;
• Biographical information, including photos and/or statements you choose to submit;
• Where permitted or required by applicable law, including without limitation the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, your driver’s license, and/or such other personal information as may be required to verify your identity or to comply with applicable law; and
• Any other Personal Information that you voluntarily choose to submit to us.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you communicate or interact with another person through our Services, including without limitation, all privacy and anti-spam legislation. You may not provide us with the Personal Information of another person, or post someone else’s Personal Information as User Content or as a User Submission, unless you have the consent of that person as well as that of their parent or legal guardian if they are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. If you choose to provide us with the Personal Information of another person (for example, if you post a photo of them to your account), you represent and warrant that you have their permission and consent to do so, and their agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as well as that of their parent or legal guardian if they are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data“). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP“) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. The amount of information that is sent by your web browser depends on the browser and settings you use. The Personal Information we collect may be used by Botic Point for the purposes for which it was collected, as provided in this Privacy Policy, or for other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent. For example, we may use or disclose your Personal Information to:

• Operate our Service in accordance with our Terms of Use and other policies;
• Facilitate, complete or confirm a purchase you choose to make using the Service, including facilitating payment for your purchase;
• Notify you of the status of an order you have made using the Service;

• Allow you to interact with other users of the Services;
• Conduct market research and surveys;
• Conduct promotional activities, including contests;
• Improve our products, services and sites;

If you have provided us with your Personal Information, but later decide you no longer want us to send you any information from us, you may delete your account by selecting the “Delete Account” option in our menu. We reserve the right to transfer any Personal Information we have about you in the event that we merge with or are acquired by a third party or should any such transaction be proposed. We may also use or disclose your Personal Information to third parties if we have reason to believe that using or disclosing such information is necessary to: (i) conduct investigations of possible breaches of law; (ii) identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating an agreement they have with us; (iii) investigate security breaches or cooperate with government authorities pursuant to a legal matter; or (iv) protect our rights, safety or property. Lastly, we may disclose your Personal Information for any other purpose to which you consent.

Personal Information collected online may also be combined with information you have provided to Botic Point through other sources such as over the telephone.

The Services may or may in the future contain the ability for you to create public streams. Any User Content you choose to distribute through a public stream may be viewed by members of the public, subject to any limitations you place on your Viewing Audience, if the ability to restrict the Viewing Audience is offered on the Services, in our sole discretion. You may remove User Content you distributed through a public stream from the Services; however, you understand that once you have distributed User Content through a public stream, User Content cannot always be withdrawn from the internet, for example, if you or other Site users have shared or posted it to websites we do not control. Please consider carefully what User Content you choose to distribute through a public stream.

You agree to provide the following information regarding your account to the public:

• Profile username
• Profile photo, if you choose to provide one
• Country, City
• Views
• Social media links you have chosen to provide on your account profile
• If available, number count for streams, likes, followers, following, subscribers, and comments
• If available, comments left on another user’s stream
• If available, likes left on another user’s streams

You are choosing to and agree to make all of your streams and profile information visible to all Users.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. For example, we may use a third-party payment processor to collect payment information and process payments. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. When Personal Information is transferred to such a third-party service provider, that party will be contractually bound to provide adequate protection for the Personal Information.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means including maintaining physical, organizational and technological safeguards intended to help protect against unauthorized use, disclosure or access, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Personal Information may only be accessed by persons within our organization, or our third party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes indicated above, or such other purposes as may be permitted or required by the applicable law. Some or all of the Personal Information we collect may be stored or processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction of residence, including in the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from the jurisdiction in which you live. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to laws in those jurisdictions. Subject to applicable laws in such other jurisdictions, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to require the data processor in that country to maintain protections on the Personal Information.

You have a right to request access to your Personal Information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate. If you have submitted Personal Information to our Sites and would like to have access to it, or if you would like to have it removed or corrected, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, in some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain Personal Information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains Personal Information of other persons, or for legal reasons. In such cases, we will provide you with a reasonable explanation of why it is not possible to grant access to your Personal Information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Our Service is not addressed to or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may contact us to request that information be deleted. If we discover that a child is under 18 and has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. The Botic Point Policies set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Botic Point and supersede all prior understandings and agreements you may have had. All of Botic Point’s Policies are incorporated into this User Agreement (the “User Agreement”). You agree to comply with all of the Botic Point Policies when accessing or using all or any part of the Reel Champ Services. Our mission is to create a safe, dynamic, engaging, and honest environment where people can express their creativity, pursue their goals and exchange ideas. The goal of our community guidelines is to ensure that our environment is safe and respectful for all of our users everywhere in the world. If Botic Point believes that you are abusing the Reel Champ Services in any way, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion and without limiting other remedies: limit, suspend, or terminate your Account(s) and your access to Reel Champ Services; delay or remove hosted content; demote your Account(s) Status Level; remove and demote listings; and/or take any other technical and/or legal steps to prevent you from using Reel Champ Services. Botic Point may cancel unconfirmed Accounts or Accounts that have been inactive for a long time, or modify or discontinue the Reel Champ Services at any time, and from time to time, in our sole and unfettered discretion, without notice to the User. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate at any time, or from time to time, all or part of our Reel Champ Services to anyone for any reason, or for no reason, at our sole and absolute discretion, without notice. With regards to criminal or dangerous activities; Botic Point works with law enforcement.

Violating any applicable laws or regulations; Cyberbullying; Bullying is a serious problem that plagues the lives of millions of children and young adults and their families. At Botic Point we have a zero tolerance policy towards bullying. If you are being bullied or if you are aware of another individual being bullied on our Sites, please report it to your parents, your teachers, and to us. At Botic Point we strive to create a dynamic, respectful international community of Users. As such, we have a zero tolerance policy for hateful or derogatory speech. No User shall use speech that is, in the sole discretion of Botic Point, determined to be hateful or derogatory in regards to individuals or groups; race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, language, physical appearance, mental illness, or physical disability. If a Post or Broadcast is determined to be hateful in nature, it will be deleted, and the User responsible for the post or Broadcast may have their account status lowered or may have their account suspended or deleted.

Botic Point strives to create a safe environment. As such, we encourage you to report potential threats to yourself, another individual, or a public figure; to law enforcement and to Botic Point. False reports may result in the reporting user being banned from using our Sites and Services. The following behavior shall not be permitted on the Reel Champ Sites:

• Sexual exploitation;
• Violence;
• Criminal Activity;
• Money Laundering;
• Fraud;
• Self-Injury;
• Promotion of Self Injury
• Injury of other parties;
• Terrorism Funding;
• Drug Dealing;
• Prostitution;
• Publishing, posting, uploading, distributing, or disseminating any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information or that which will violate local laws or regulations;
• Transfer of your Reel Champ Account (including Feedback) and your ID to another party without our consent;
• Distributing or posting spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• Uploading files or content that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or technologies that may harm Botic Point, or the interests or property of others;
• Use of any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access any Reel Champ Services for any purpose;
• Bypassing Reel Champ's robot exclusion headers, interfering with the working of Reel Champ Services, or imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• Reproducing, performing, displaying, distributing, reverse engineering, or preparing derivative works from content that belongs to or is licensed to Botic Point, or that comes from Reel Champ Services and belongs to Botic Point or another party including works covered by any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right, except with prior express permission of Botic Point and/or any other party holding the right to license such use;
• Commercializing any Reel Champ application or any information or software associated with such application; for certainty, this includes selling, renting, leasing, redistributing, or sublicensing Reel Champ Services;
• Copying, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of Reel Champ Services or application;
• Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about Users without their consent; or
• Circumventing any technical measures Botic Point uses to provide Reel Champ Services.
